Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Local Work Only)


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in diverse commercial construction projects. This is a local-only role (no travel required), ideal for someone looking to stay rooted in their market while leading high-quality, ground-up and/or renovation work.


Overview


The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects ranging from $25M+ in value. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion
  
  
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls on $25M+ commercial projects
  
  
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary project point of contact
  
  
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
  
  
• Collaborate closely with superintendents and executive leadership
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
  
  
• Proven experience managing projects $25M+ in value
  
  
• Diverse commercial project background preferred (ground-up and/or renovation)
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success
  
  
• Must be willing to work locally (no travel assignments)
