This position compiles, processes and maintains accounts payable records. Data entry, job and phase cost coding high volume of A/P invoices, saving image files and routing for approval. Reconcile vendor statements. Maintain account payable files.

What you bring to the table:

• Proficient with Viewpoint, MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and external clients and vendors.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
• Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.
