Registered Nurse (RN)

CareCore at Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team! Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with providers Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment Qualifications Current Ohio RN license Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Why CareCore at Meadows?
