Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract-based role is designed for a caring professional ready to address speech and language challenges for children from Kindergarten to 7th grade, dedicating 30 hours per week to student success.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a range of developmental needs and excited to collaborate closely with educational teams and families. Whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC, have pediatric school-based expertise, or are advancing your CFY, with on-site supervision available, your passion for helping students communicate and thrive is key.

Qualifications:

• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP (CFY candidates welcome)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
• Familiarity with AAC devices preferred
• Enthusiastic about working with students in K-7 in a self-contained classroom
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative spirit to work alongside a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to diverse K-7 students
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Support AAC device use and training for students requiring assistive technology
