Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or CFY status
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K-7 students in a self-contained classroom
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique communication needs
• Conduct assessments and document progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Assist with AAC device recommendations, programming, and training as appropriate
• Participate in meetings and support IEP development
