Experienced Account Manager (eCommerce logistics Amazon) Seattle

A large international eCommerce logistics company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow existing customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Amazon supply chain/logistics, transportation, or supply chain who enjoys building long-term client partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service. Billingual (English/Mandarin) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor shipment performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Track customer revenue, volume, and profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Assist with the implementation of new products and services.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts is preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
