Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their psychological, emotional, and social strengths and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and tailor therapeutic modalities to promote client engagement and well-being.
• Conduct regular individual therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcome effectiveness.
• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients facing barriers to traditional in-person sessions.
• Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our mental health counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will work closely with individuals from different backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique challenges while fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C .
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Exemplary organizational and effective time-management skills to successfully manage client caseloads.

Preferred Experience

Experience in delivering mental health care services in an outpatient setting is preferred, especially familiarity with working remotely. Additionally, proficiency in telehealth platforms is a valuable asset to enhance your effectiveness as a counselor.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, based on caseload and experience. Furthermore, we provide our counselors with:
