It is a non-exempt, 24-32 hour/ week position. Posts bills in Quick Books Maintains vendor database; keeps all information current Prepares spreadsheets for transfer of funds from Agency accountProcesses final Invoices for timely reimbursement in compliance with contractsScans all documentationOversees A/P filing systemTasks related to additional posting and bank activity as neededWorks with other departments to maintain contract compliance Candidate is organized and detail oriented with a professional attitude and an ability to prioritize daily work. QuickBooks experience required as well as strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Associate's degree in accounting or bookkeeping or 5+ years of experience. Must be able to handle various responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues. Strong Excel and Outlook skills. CompensationThe Cultural Council offers a competitive compensation package with benefits.
