The Clinical Operations Manager (COM) will collaborate with members of Clinical Leadership to ensure optimal customer-centric service, clinical quality and excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures in accordance with the Agency's mission and vision.Primary Responsibilities:Coordination and oversight of all patient services conducted by operations personnelManagement of team structures, operations, and processes between Home Health departments while defining and maintaining boundaries of team operations within the agencyProvide guidance and counseling to coordinators and supervisors of intake and referrals, scheduling clinical education, informatics and reporting, and QAPI to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services provided through organization personnelAssists department supervisors with administrative oversight, process improvement, professional development, process evaluation, counseling, and planning for operations personnelAssists the Executive Director/Administrator in the preparation and administration of the Agency's annual review, planning, and budgetInterpret operational data to manage resource availability and allocation to support Agency projects and to address potential resource conflictsEvaluate performance of operations supervisors/department headsAssist operations supervisors to develop skills and techniques in evaluating the performance of operations personnel. Oversee coaching and performance improvement plans to address deficienciesHires, evaluates, and terminates Agency personnel. Proactively monitor staff retention and satisfactionConducts performance evaluations annually, or more frequently as indicatedCollaboration with various business units within Enterprise for projects requiring Agency involvement and outcomesEnsures development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Job Aids to streamline home health operationsAssures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, State, and Federal lawsAssists and guides development and implementation of on-boarding and orientation programs for new personnel. Responsible for orientation of Agency personnel, either directly or through delegation of appropriate Agency staffOversees the planning and implementing staff in-services and continuing education programs to meet education and training needs of Agency personnelFacilitate ease of access and use of information platforms and databases for Agency utilizationAssists with evaluation of Agency performance via performance improvement programs, productivity, and annual reviewsAssists in the development of Agency goals. Develops, recommends, and administers Agency policies and proceduresAssures compliance with all Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations regarding licensure and certification of all Agency personnelPromotes home health care services in the healthcare community and collaborates internal and external customersIn the absence of the Executive Director and Administrator, the ADON will become the acting Executive Director/Administrator, and will be vested with authority to act on behalf of the Executive Director/AdministratorOther duties as assigned by the Executive Director and AdministratorYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing requiredCurrent, active unrestricted Registered Nurse License to practice professional nursing in the State of Nevada3+ years of management experience in a home health or related health care organizationDemonstrated experience to supervise and direct professional personnelProject management and/or standard work development experienceDemonstrated thorough knowledge of current nursing practice, professional standards of care, and State & Federal regulations regarding home healthExperience with managing department heads/people leadersProven efficiency/process improvement principles (e.g., Lean)Preferred Qualification:Master's degree in health carePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
