The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in service and maintenance in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in service and maintenance of all types of HVAC systems, including but not limited to boilers, gas furnaces, and rooftop units. Strong diagnostic skills, a problem-solving approach, and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry as a Service Technician.
• NATE Certification.
• Proficiency in using Service Titan software.
• Extensive working experience with multiple types of HVAC systems including boilers, gas furnaces, and rooftop units.
• Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds and work in diverse environments.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair various HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide superior customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Utilize Service Titan software for job tracking and customer management.
• Pursue continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Schedule

• Wednesday to Saturday, 10-hour shifts
