Location: Odessa, Texas Full-Time | No Nights | No Weekends

About the Opportunity

A well-established and busy orthopedic practice is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced orthopedic providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Candidates with orthopedic experience are strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Assist with medical decision-making, data collection, order entry, and documentation
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing treatment plans
• Perform reassessments, acute visits, and patient follow-ups
• Assist with test monitoring and transition-of-care activities
• Perform therapeutic injections, including trigger point and joint injections
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records
• Serve as a positive role model and team contributor

Qualifications

• Current National Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C)
• Active Texas Physician Assistant License
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current AHA CPR/BLS certification
• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
