As an Occupational Therapist Per Diem, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration, creativity, and compassion. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our staff and help us deliver the highest quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to help patients achieve their goals

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

• Provide patient education and training on safety skills, adaptive equipment, and energy conservation techniques

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

As a per diem occupational therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at your own pace. Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure in the State of Florida

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
