The ideal candidate thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are key. This is an afull-time role, 36+ hours a week. Hours may be flexible however, at least one weekend day shift and closing shift will be required weekly. We welcome applications from newly licensed aestheticians and students currently enrolled in an esthetics program. This entry-level call center position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical spa industry, learn our services and operations, and build a foundation for future growth within our organization. Job Responsibilities: Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment. Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism. Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow. Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings. Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers(Aestheticians and Injectors) and locations. Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed. Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles. Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment. Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed. The requirements 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling. Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills. Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms. Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail. Team-oriented and solution-focused. Aesthetics experience or license a plus, not required. High school diploma required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.
