• Address standard internal and customer questions related to payment activity in a thorough and timely manner.

• Identify irregularities or higher-risk items and route them to the appropriate team for further review.

• Support team flexibility by learning additional workflows and assisting across related processing functions.

• Previous experience in data entry, payment processing, or administrative support.
