Facilities Supervisor - Lead 3-Shift Maintenance

Responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities of facility, building and grounds maintenance personnel, on a 3-shift basis, 7 days a week. Makes recommendations for machinery, personnel and equipment necessary to accomplish the task. Manages a team of employees to develop and performs evaluations of their skills and ability. Works within prescribed budgets set up themselves and the Engineering & Tooling Manager. Interacts with supervisor and managers in establishing necessary work to be done and schedules manpower to perform within the area of responsibility. Trains personnel in the duties within their responsibility.
