Payroll Specialist/Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career as an Administrative Assistant/Payroll Specialist for a well respected Payroll Processing Company. The perfect candidate will have a professional appearance, attitude and be capable of multitasking in a fast paced, customer service/data entry position. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of up to 100 accounts as well as other administrative duties. Experience in MS Word, Excel, Access & Quick Books a plus, along with the ability to work in a fast pace environment. Knowledge of payroll, payroll taxes, and payroll tax returns, and Payroll Processing experience a HUGE plus but not required.
