We’re looking for an Assistant Wellness Director who’s ready to jump in, lead with heart, and help create the kind of guest experience people rave about. You’ll partner closely with the Retreat Director to keep the Retreat running smoothly, the team inspired, and the vibe positive and professional.

Your Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts
  
  
• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
  
• A mix of day, evening and weekend shifts
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the Retreat Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory
  
  
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team
  
  
• Lead front desk training with coaching, role‑playing, and membership‑focused sales support
  
  
• Build schedules that keep the Retreat humming
  
  
• Set and achieve team and individual goals
  
  
• Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the standard
  
  
• Strengthen guest loyalty by delivering a 5 Star experience every time
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of sales or retail management experience
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  
  
• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict
  
  
• Comfort with computers and standard software
  
  
• Basic business math skills
  
  
• A self‑starter mindset and a passion for people
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with Zenoti or similar spa POS systems
  
  
• Familiarity with massage, skincare, or spa environments
  
  
• Experience working within a franchise model
