Intake Specialist

OnderLaw, a nationwide personal injury and product liability law firm, is looking for a Bilingual Intake Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. As an Intake Representative, you will be our firm’s first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal representation.Responsibilities:Promptly and professionally handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients seeking legal representation for personal injury, product liability, or mass tort litigation cases.Gather information from potential clients to collect pertinent details regarding their legal cases.Evaluate the information obtained from clients to determine if the case meets criteria, identifying key legal issues and assessing the likelihood of success.Accurately record and maintain detailed records of client interactions, case information and relevant data in case management system (SmartAdvocate).Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and maintain communication throughout the intake process.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, compassionately, and effectively; bilingual English/Spanish required.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for diverse communication mediums.Detail-oriented mindset to ensure precise and meticulous record-keeping.Adeptness in multitasking and managing priorities within a fast-paced environment.Ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand the emotional impact of their situations.Prior experience in customer service, telephone sales, intake, or related role, preferably in the legal field.Join our dedicated team at OnderLaw and contribute to our mission of securing justice for those affected by negligence and advocating for safer products across the nation.
