We are open weekends, late evenings and holidays, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas days.Responsibilities:Ability to interact with customers: receive orders, process payments, respond appropriately to customer issuesPreparation of products as ordered by customersUncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining clean restrooms, building exterior, parking lot, dumpsters, sidewalk, kitchen and dining roomUnloading and stocking is requiredAbility to operate cash register or point of sale terminal, as neededPosition Requirements:Responsible for restaurant operations (labor, inventory variance, guest survey, speed of service) during assigned shifts, including opening and closing restaurantDelegates in a way that encourages teamwork during shift to ensure that the restaurant operations comply with Company standardsMotivates Team Members to exceed Guest expectations with food and friendly service in clean surroundingsTakes initiative to immediately report violations of safety, sanitation, security, and other company policies to restaurant management and perform short-term solutionsCompletes checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shiftPrompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED requiredDemonstrates leadership skillsPass the Company's background processAble to lift/move up to 50 poundsNo visible tattoos on the head, neck or face above the uniform and no offensive tattoosMay perform essential functions and duties, as listed in the restaurant Manager job description.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:Good oral communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional personal appearanceAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formAbility to use a computer and calculatorWilling to accomplish all restaurant tasksComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environmentAbility to resolve guest issues with tactAbility to work flexible hours.
