Customer Success Manager

LandEarly is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our members get the most out of the platform and to make sure the people who rely on us for their job search have a great experience from onboarding through renewal. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them succeed while surfacing insights that improve our product. What you'll do Own the post-sale relationship for an assigned book of customers, driving onboarding, adoption, and retention Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions, troubleshooting, and escalations Monitor usage and engagement data to proactively identify at-risk accounts and opportunities to deepen adoption Partner with product and support teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for fixes and improvements Run regular check-ins and business reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities Develop and maintain onboarding materials, FAQs, and best-practice guides for customers What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing support role Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly Comfort working with CRM and customer success tools to track accounts and engagement Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously A proactive, empathetic approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution Experience using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in a customer base Nice to have Experience in a subscription or SaaS business model Familiarity with the job search or recruiting technology space Experience contributing to customer education content or self-serve resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
