HR Assistant
Pay Rate: $24.48 per hour
Location: Tulsa - in office
Manpower is currently seeking a detail-oriented experienced HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Management Team within a Retirement Services environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and on time while providing exceptional customer service to retirees, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR management team and Retirement Services department.
- Calculate retirement benefits and prepare related reports, including monthly payments, refunds, and benefit statements.
- Assist retirees and members by answering questions and providing information regarding retirement services.
- Support committee, board, and authority meetings through scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive employee and retiree information.
- Organize, compile, and accurately record data and documentation.
- Ensure departmental processes and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver professional customer service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative support in human resources or retirement services,
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications such as excel
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
