Job Description Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative Location: Augusta, GA (Onsite) Pay: $17/hr + Monthly Performance Bonuses Start Date: Aug 10 | Sept 10 Schedule: Flexible availability required between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST Join a growing team supporting Frontier/Verizon customers in a fast-paced call center environment. This role combines customer service, retention, and sales , helping customers resolve service concerns while identifying opportunities to retain business and recommend additional products and services.
