Immigration Case Manager

Sidley Austin

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a senior Immigration Paralegal to support complex business immigration matters from start to finish. You will manage nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, H-3, TN, E, J-1, L-1, O-1) and oversee immigrant filings (PERM, I-140, EB-1), while coordinating with clients, foreign nationals and internal counsel. You will mentor junior staff, handle RFEs, research using government and immigration tools, and ensure confidentiality and accuracy under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
