Job Description Job Description About Us Inter Ocean Seafood is a frozen seafood importing company. We source products from international suppliers and sell to distributors and wholesalers across the US. We're a small, fast-moving team and we're looking for someone to help keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day administrative tasks: scheduling, correspondence, filing, and document organization Assist with data entry and record-keeping across inventory and sales systems Help prepare invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents Communicate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners as needed Handle general administrative correspondence via email and phone What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, import/trade environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus Prior experience in logistics, importing, or food distribution is a bonus but not required Dependable, proactive, and a clear communicator Work Location: In person
