Marketing Automation Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To enhance customer experience strategies, the full-time Marketing Automation Specialist will execute digital touchpoints and marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while working remotely to manage email campaigns, customer journey designs, and cross-functional collaborations. Key responsibilities: Execute and optimize digital touchpoints and marketing automation workflows Develop and deploy email campaigns, customer journeys, and operational reporting Advise cross-functional teams on best practices for increasing digital engagement and platform capabilities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience in email marketing, digital engagement, or business strategy, particularly with marketing automation Expert knowledge of email HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and JavaScript Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various components Demonstrated success in project management for technical and creative projects
