Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Design and oversee evidence‑based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc). Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems. Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement. Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans. Support trauma‑informed and multi‑tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices. Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development. Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed. Maintain a minimum of 30 weekly billable hours in accordance with autonomous behavior solutions policies. Requirements Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development Excellent written and verbal communication skills A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family‑centered care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
