Call Center Representative
Are you a people person who loves connecting with others and helping them solve problems? We're looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team and be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for our customers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great communication skills, and are passionate about delivering top-notch service, we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you'll play a key part in setting appointments and ensuring our customers have a positive experience from start to finish. If you're ready to make a difference and help our sales team succeed, this is the job for you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound and taking inbound calls with a smile and positive attitude
- Setting up appointments between interested prospects and our sales reps
- Answering customer questions, offering solutions, and providing the best service possible
- Entering call details and outcomes into our CRM system
- Helping our team hit goals by identifying and qualifying leads
- Resolving customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals
- Connecting customers to the right department when needed
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, energetic attitude with a love for making phone calls
- Someone who can learn quickly and grasp product and service information
- Coachable and open to training and feedback
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
- Great communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of people
- A strong work ethic, dependable, and driven to meet goals
- Previous call center or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Able to work a rotating schedule of 12:00pm - 8:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm.
