Pay: $82,138- $102,342

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing training and professional development for laboratory staff, ensuring they are proficient in current techniques, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and equipment is properly calibrated and functioning.
• Manage the compilation and analysis of laboratory data, prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders, and use data insights to drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology
• ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHA (HEW)
• 4 years prior clinical laboratory experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Master's degree in science preferred
