Field Sales Manager - New Home Sales / Residential Real Estate
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity

They are looking for you - an experienced Field Sales Manager with a strong background in residential real estate and new home sales leadership. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, developing teams, and driving sales performance.

What you get to do:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Home Advisors across multiple communities
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions focused on lead conversion, sales strategy, and customer experience
• Partner with Sales Leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Review CRM activity and hold team members accountable for follow-up and sales processes
• Conduct role-playing sessions and observe live customer interactions to improve sales effectiveness
• Analyze competitive market trends and support strategic sales initiatives
• Partner with production and operational teams to support community success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure model homes and sales centers are properly maintained and merchandised
• Assist with customer issue resolution while supporting sales goals and closing objectives
• Foster a high-performance culture centered around accountability, training, and continuous improvement

What you need to succeed:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of residential real estate sales experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of new home sales experience required
• Prior leadership, coaching, or sales management experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Active North Carolina Real Estate License in good standing required
• Valid North Carolina driver's license required
