National Key Account Manager

Nobel Biocare

Job Summary The National Key Account Manager will develop and implement core strategies to drive sales performance across Nobel Biocare stakeholders within their assigned geographic area. They will secure and maintain dental agreements, influence product selection, and increase market penetration of all Nobel Biocare products and services. The manager will be accountable for achieving business objectives such as converting competitive business, increasing portfolio penetration, and attaining forecast goals in accordance with Healthcare Compliance guidelines. They will cultivate strategic partnerships within corporate offices and affiliates, understand clinical, economic, and business needs, and align resources across the dental platform to ensure access and drive demand. Collaboration with executives, sales, marketing, product, customer care, and clinical affairs is expected. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Grow annual sales revenue within their geographic area / territory and achieve assigned forecast. Identify new DSO accounts and/or new opportunities within existing accounts to drive new business or a larger share of wallet. Support and negotiate new agreements; manage existing agreements including contract renewals. Coordinate implementation with the field sales team and communicate objectives and opportunities to stakeholders. Collaborate with platform directors, regional managers, and territory sales representatives to establish local initiatives to protect and grow existing DSO business. Proactively build relationships with key executive, economic and clinical decision makers across assigned DSO accounts. Maintain knowledge of current dental platform product portfolio and sales volume by customer. Identify influential thought leaders within customer accounts and understand infrastructure and culture to strategically grow the business. Drive superior territory management efficiency through agreed sales processes, funnel management, and voice‑of‑customer initiatives. Create and lead comprehensive customer business reviews to meet requirements. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned DSO accounts; manage sales initiatives and communications with C-suite and executive stakeholders; lead all account team activities. Attend and generate sales leads at trade shows and sales events as directed by leadership. Competencies for Success Leading and influencing – ability to lead, influence, persuade and negotiate with others without direct authority. Stakeholder management – ability to build mutually beneficial relationships. Analysis – ability to understand, analyse, interpret, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data. Business and financial acumen – assess strengths and weaknesses to make strategic decisions. Negotiating/contracting – apply knowledge of commercial contracts, work orders, SLAs, and vendor agreements. Communication and presentation – convey information and ideas effectively. Requirements Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred) 5+ years of successful dental and/or medical device sales experience (preferred) Previous experience in strategic account management (strongly preferred) Exceptional oral and written communication skills Valid driver's license issued in the United States Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred) Travel / Location Laptop, iPad, iPhone and vehicle reimbursement provided All business expenses reimbursed Geographic region: Central/Eastern Travel: Approximately 50% overnight travel Must be based within one hour of a major airport Target Market Salary Range 129,800 - 158,700 (actual packages depend on location, skills, experience, performance, and business needs; may include bonus, benefits, 401K match, etc.) Operating Company Nobel Biocare Equal Opportunity Statement Envista and all Envista companies are equal opportunity employers that evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by law.
