Children's Case Manager — Community-Focused Support
The Guidance Center
The Guidance Center in Michigan seeks a dedicated Case Manager to assess and coordinate services for children and families. You will link clients to community resources, develop Person-Centered Treatment Plans, and provide in-home and community-based support, with regular follow-up to monitor progress. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30–5:00, with after-hours and weekend coverage as needed, supporting a team that fosters resilience and well-being. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Guidance Center
