About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for a Corporate Actuarial role. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting and enhancing cash flow testing for various insurance entities. The role requires a dynamic and collaborative actuarial leader with a strong background in the life and annuity insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be an FSA or near-FSA with at least 8 years of experience, and possess a deep understanding of asset modeling, ALM concepts, and actuarial valuation software. Applicants for the Associate Vice President, Corporate Actuarial position at the company should be prepared to take on a challenging and rewarding role. The focus will be on cash flow testing, and the candidate should be adept at this process. A background in the life and annuity insurance industry is essential, as is familiarity with asset modeling and ALM concepts. Knowledge of actuarial valuation software, particularly MG ALFA or similar, is also a key requirement. The role demands a professional who is not only technically proficient but also a strong leader and team player, capable of driving the actuarial function forward in a dynamic and collaborative manner.
