Inside Sales Representative

As a CWC Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors on the phone and in person. In a pleasant and efficient manner, you will proactively initiate sales opportunities to existing and prospective customers, provide support to our outside sales staff and work as part of a team to handle the day-to-day operations of a busy sales office. Inside sales / Customer Service experience in a similar or related industry Self-motivated with the ability to excel with minimum supervision. Computer Experience, including working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of Prophet 21 (preferred). Ability to “multi-task” in busy sales office is essential.
