[Responsibilities]

- Safely operate forklifts and other equipment, including conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials and finished goods within the warehouse
- Accurately maintain inventory records and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
- Perform routine warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, and shipping materials
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Uphold safety standards, reporting hazards or incidents promptly
- Support a team environment with effective communication and collaboration
- Work efficiently under general supervision, meeting productivity metrics and deadlines

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or related training
- Forklift operation experience (DT certification required)
- Ability to lift/move over 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying temperatures
- Effective English communication, reading, and basic math skills
- Familiarity with computer basics and warehouse management systems
- Proven adherence to safety and quality protocols

- Additional certifications in material handling or logistics
- Experience with analytical or scientific methods in warehouse settings
