Warehouse Manufacturing Position

Required Education * High school diploma or equivalent not required Required Experience * Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in warehouse manufacturing or quality operations * Experience must include at least 1 continuous year with the same employer or in the same position * Experience working in a production warehouse or manufacturing environment * Experience with material handling, inspection, or assembly processes

**Tech Skills** * Ability to read rulers and accurately measure materials * Ability to read write interpret and comprehend documents written in English * Ability to perform basic math calculations * General computer skills * Ability to maintain quality records and documentation * Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines * Ability to work in a metrics driven environment * Ability to use handcarts inspection equipment and light equipment

**Soft Skills** * Effective communication skills with coworkers and Team Lead or Supervisor * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to work under general to limited supervision * Professional and reliable approach to daily work responsibilities * Ability to follow established procedures and attendance requirements

**Responsibilities** * Perform assembly and kitting activities according to established procedures * Sort and inspect materials parts assemblies and products * Move materials parts assemblies and scrap products within the plant or warehouse * Use handcarts inspection equipment and other light equipment as required * Maintain quality records and required documentation * Follow established SOPs and quality guidelines * Complete routine tasks using prescribed steps * Maintain consistent attendance and report to work as scheduled * Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with overtime as requested * Work effectively in a team environment with limited workspace * Lift and move materials including items weighing over 50 lbs when required * Perform frequent walking standing stooping kneeling lifting crouching reaching pulling pushing grasping twisting and other physical activities * Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements including fingering handling feeling picking and typing * Work in environments that may be hot during summer months due to limited or no air conditioning * Work in environments that may be cold during winter months due to limited heating * Work in moderate to loud noise conditions * Perform other duties as assigned
