Home Remodeling Sales Expert | In-Home Sales Experience | Glen Allen, Virginia | $90,000 — $180,000 | Full Time

• $90,000 to $180,000 a year with top performers earning up to $200,000 and no commission cap
• $1,000 to $3,000 commission per sale with weekly payouts
• No cold calls. Every appointment is pre-qualified by the call center

Homeowners spend years saving for the right renovation. When someone finally knocks on their door they need to trust that person completely. A home improvement company that grew from $3 million to $200 million in five years needs Sales Experts in the Richmond market who can walk into a home, build that trust and close high ticket deals that leave homeowners feeling like they made the best decision of their lives.

You will conduct professional in-home sales presentations to pre-qualified homeowners, assess their homes, present financing options and close high ticket renovation deals while building relationships that turn first time customers into lifelong fans.

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of home improvement products is a plus but not required
