Assignment Details Contract length: 16 weeks Shift length: 12 hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start date: ASAP Contract pays approximately $10,861/month gross Job Responsibilities Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Perform focused reassessments and resolve concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
