What You Will Do Be a Patient Care Champion: Keep a close eye on patients during hemodialysis, making sure they're comfortable, safe, and getting the best experience possible—because their well-being is your superpower! You'll be the bridge between patients and the care team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
