Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is hiring a full-time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a direct hire opportunity in New Providence, NJ. This position focuses on pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state licensing within an enteral nutrition setting. No direct staff or production management responsibilities!

Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $135,000–$140,000 annually
Employment: Direct Hire

What You’ll Do

• Oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state dispensing requirements.

• Maintain compliance with state pharmacy boards, DEA regulations, audits, and licensing requirements.

• Develop and enforce pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Pharmacist license.

• 3–5 years of pharmacy experience and previous PIC or pharmacy management experience.

• Ability to obtain TN, NY, and MA pharmacist licenses within 6 months (employer-paid).

• Multi-state compliance, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion experience preferred.
