Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to lead comprehensive pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards across multiple states. Your expertise will be essential in managing order reviews, verifications, dispensing, labeling, recordkeeping, and shipping processes with a focus on compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations and maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to DEA requirements, state board regulations, licensing, inspections, audits, and multi-state dispensing/shipping mandates.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures supporting multi-state pharmacy activities and regulatory standards.
• Provide clinical and quality oversight for enteral nutrition therapy, drug utilization review (DUR), adverse event reporting, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical, intake, operations, reimbursement, HR, and compliance teams to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance documentation and support credentialing, accreditation, and regulatory audits.

Qualifications:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in New Jersey.
• Ability and willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in Tennessee, New York, and Massachusetts within six months.
