Compensation: $14–$17 per hour + tips

Type: Full-time or Part-time

Jeff’s Bagel Run is a growing franchise coming to Lakewood Ranch! We’re on the lookout for passionate, energetic Baristas to join our growing team and help bring the best bagels and coffee to our community.

• Have excellent customer service skills and love connecting with guests
• Are fast-paced and reliable with strong time management
• Are open to learning new things and eager to grow with us
• Can communicate clearly , read and remember orders, and multitask
• Enjoy working in a clean, organized space and will help keep it that way

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and take orders at the register
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and assist with cream cheese prep
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation; clean equipment daily
• Assist bakers when needed
• Pack and organize orders for takeout or pickup
• Keep inventory stocked and organized
• Be available for early morning shifts and weekends (we close at 2:00 PM )
• Able to stand for long periods and handle a physically active environment
