Account Manager

Soni is partnering with a rapidly growing global SaaS organization seeking high-energy Account Managers to support and grow existing client relationships. This role focuses heavily on account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement
- Conduct client demos, presentations, and solution discussions
- Maintain strong customer relationships and retention
- Track pipeline activity, KPIs, and account performance within CRM tools
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success
- Stay current on products, industry trends, and client needs
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of Account Management, SaaS sales, or B2B sales experience
- Experience within KPI or quota-driven environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Comfortable working an early schedule (5AM-2PM)
- Strong energy, drive, and professional presence
- SaaS or software industry experience
- Experience with upselling/cross-selling existing accounts
- Product demo or presentation experience
- Experience in fast-paced or short sales-cycle environments
- Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience
