We are in need of someone(s) to oversee our main office. The following qualifications are needed to be successful with our company...
- Strong ability to MULTI-TASK ... you will need to switch gears often and still remain on-task.
- Be a solid COMMUNICATOR ... an ability to be direct, remain calm and not take comments personaly would benefit you in this role.
- Stellar attention to DETAIL ... little oversights can lead to big issues so someone who naturally double checks their work is preferred.
- TECHNOLOGY savy... recent upgrades to our systems and processes means we are looking for someone who can catch on quickly.
- Comfortable DELEGATING ... we work as a team and need people who are comfortable asking for assistance and receptive to being asked to assist.
- LEGAL experience... preferrence will be given to individuals who have experience with the court system.
We desire someone with at least 2 years of office experience, but the right personality and work ethic could win us over.
The wage for this position will be based on experience. It is not unheard of to start at the base hourly rate and move very quickly up the scale. Again, show your worth and you will be rewarded.
