Kitchen Dishwasher / Busser
Location: Napa, CA
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Dishwasher / Busser to join our team in Napa. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with bussing tables and collecting used dishes and wine glasses.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
- Support front-of-house cleaning and service needs as required.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist team members with various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen and serving experience is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen and serving experience is required.
