Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - OB/GYN - Full Time

Location: Lucedale Department: OB/GYN Schedule: Full-Time Reports To: Clinic Manager / Provider Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a OB/GYN clinic setting. This role supports providers in delivering quality healthcare to women throughout all stages of life by assisting with patient assessments, treatments, education, and clinical procedures. The LPN works closely with providers, patients, and clinical staff to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Schedule tests, referrals, and follow-up appointments as needed Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Follow clinic policies, procedures, and infection control standards Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Mississippi (or eligibility to obtain) Previous OB/GYN, women's health, or clinic experience preferred Current BLS certification required Strong communication and patient care skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
