Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license and professional certification required
• CCC-SLP credential preferred for advanced clinical expertise
• Previous school-based experience strongly valued
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for middle school students
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance requirements for school-based services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning and progress reviews
• Travel between split sites as needed, with mileage reimbursed
