Two full-time SLP professionals are needed, with one position focusing on a high school caseload. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
• Experience working with adolescent populations, especially in high school settings, is strongly valued
• Proficient in providing services via teletherapy platforms and in-person delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with staff, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Deliver direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings, both onsite and virtually if needed
• Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and report results to teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Participate actively in staff meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development activities
• Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
