If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping businesses stay financially healthy, we want to hear from you.Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and oversee the collections process from start to finishContact customers regarding past-due balances through phone calls, emails, and written correspondenceResearch and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account disputesReview aging reports and prioritize collection efforts to improve cash flowApply customer payments and maintain accurate account recordsReconcile customer accounts and investigate unapplied cashWork closely with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve outstanding issuesPrepare collection status reports and AR metrics for managementAssist with credit evaluations and account setup as neededSupport month-end close activities related to accounts receivable2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, or related accounting experienceExperience with business-to-business (B2B) collections preferredStrong understanding of AR aging, payment applications, and account reconciliationProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and reporting functionsExperience working within ERP or accounting software systemsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferredSelf-motivated and results-driven professionalStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to balance customer relationships while effectively collecting outstanding balancesTeam player who can work independently and collaborativelyComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
