Remote Reentry Peer Support Specialist (NC)

Alliance Health in

Alliance Health seeks a High-Priority Reentry Peer Support Specialist to support individuals with SMI/SPMI in North Carolina, working remotely within Alliance catchment areas.

You will meet clients, coordinate care with providers, and assist in developing recovery plans, with travel as needed. The role emphasizes advocacy, collaboration with families, and community resources, offering hybrid/remote options and a strong benefits package.
