Own the Cyber narrative. Build the first AI-native marketing function — one that ships campaigns and content the way our products ship features.
Mission
We are the AI company factory. Our marketing should look like nobody else's — agentic, fast, deeply technical, and brand-led. As CMO you own positioning, demand, and brand for Cyber and the portfolio narrative.
What you'll do
- Sharpen Cyber's positioning as the AI Operating System for Growth.
- Stand up an AI-native marketing engine — agents writing, agents publishing, humans editing for taste.
- Drive pipeline for the subsidiaries (Swellr, FounderHut first) and investor demand for Cyber.
- Own brand: site, voice, design system collaboration with product design, PR, analyst relations.
- Build a small senior team of writers, designers, and growth engineers.
Who you are
- Marketing leader who has shipped both top-of-funnel narrative and bottom-of-funnel pipeline.
- You write. You ship. You have opinions about typography and lead-gen forms in equal measure.
- Deeply curious about LLMs and agentic workflows — already using them daily.
- B2B SaaS or developer-tools experience strongly preferred.
